Kleenpak Northland Ltd, a locally owned and operated business, we have been servicing the Northland region since December 1998.

During this time we have built a reputation for providing excellent service, reliability and integrity. As you will see throughout this catalogue, we provide a vast range of products in an effort to provide our many business customers with a one stop shop.

Our membership of Paklink NZ Ltd is very important for Kleenpak Northland and our customers for several reasons. Importantly, the ability to buy as part of a influential national packaging buying group has real benifits.  We join with the group to service national contracts in our region. The combined purchasing power Paklink members enjoy enables us to maintain a strong competitive edge.

Kleenpak Northland operates from the warehouse situated at 10 Te Kahu St, in the Haruru Falls Industrial Estate, Bay of Islands, near Paihia. The warehouse provides a central Northland location offering the ability to provide quick personal service to all our customers thoughout the Far North and Whangarei regions.

We welcome visitors to our warehouse any time between 8.00am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday. We have friendly customer services personal within the warehouse and experienced representatives calling on our many customers out in the field.

Kleenpak Northland utilise Palm Treo handheld devices using the Telecom Network combined with Saleslink software from ITLink and Accredo Business Software.

We input the orders directly from the customer, which are printed out at our warehouse, and our software generates the invoicing automatically at the same time. This allows our warehouse staff to pick and pack the orders immediately. Put simply, it means better customer service.

Our reps can place an early morning order and the warehouse staff know we have a delivery going that way in the next half hour, providing we can get it on and the customer might have their goods an hour after they’ve placed the order. We also provide urgent courier delivery at no extra charge. You can’t beat that for service … and our customers love it.

Online Catalouge

The Paklink catalogue presents the essentials of the product range available from Paklink members Nationwide. Specialty section refers to products stocked by Kleenpak outside the catalouge range.

The catalogue production has limitations in that specialty products stocked by Kleenpak may not appear and alternativly products listed may not be stocked by individual members.

If your interest relates in any way to specific products or categories displayed please ask specific questions of your Kleenpak representative or customer services. We will endevour to assist wherever possible.

Goods and Service

Kleenpak supply an invoice with all goods at time of delivery. 

Charge Accounts - 20th of the month following purchase. Orders are accepted by phone, fax, email or tailored Kleenpak supplied order forms.

Delivery Policy - All invoices incur a small charge for delivery.

Orders are delivered either by courier or our own delivery vehicles.

Minimum order charge of $3.00 + GST applies to orders of less than $25.00 incl GST. 

Return of Goods - Goods must be offered for return within seven days of purchase. Some special purchases on behalf of clients may not be returnable. Any errors generated by Kleenpak are corrected at our cost without additional charges.
